D.I.Y: How to make mod podge

Hey loves! I hate having to spend money on stuff I can easily make, so in this video I will show you how to make homemade mod podge. I will also test it out by decorating my plain glass lipstick holder. *Stuff you will need: Jar with a lid Elmers glue Water Measuring cup (optional) -Sorry for the angle I didnt realized the camera was slanted -Mason jar is from Joann's fabric store -Pink Glitter (Heidi swapp/Marquee love) ***For your plastic cell phones covers I would not recommend this because you can run the risk of getting some glitter stuck inside your phone. I realized this after filming. The glitter can easily come off by peeling it. Try a glitter cardstock paper instead. I have linked down below my DIY phone case video.
