Using a Shampoo Bar Base to Make Liquid Shampoo

Air travel with liquid shampoo can be problematic. TSA limits your bottle size, liquids leak etc. I solved this problem for myself by creating a bar that could be reconstituted to a liquid shampoo after I got to my destination. I prefer the slip of a liquid shampoo so I designed this surfactant blend for traveling.
