Hi friends — in this video I’m basically sitting down and being really honest about why I disappeared from YouTube for a while. I talk through what’s been going on behind the scenes, why I stopped uploading, and what that time away looked like for me. If you’ve ever felt like you’re falling behind or you can’t keep up with your own routines, I think you’ll understand where I’m coming from. I also share where I’ve been putting my energy, what I’ve learned from stepping back, and how I want to approach content again moving forward. I’m not trying to come back with a huge “perfect” plan — I just wanted to explain things clearly, say thank you for sticking around, and set expectations for what’s next.
