That’s OK 👌🏻 because we’re doing it!  We cook 2 big batch dinners in my 17-inch Lodge cast iron pan the first afternoon, and the next afternoon, in about an hour, we accomplish 3 big batch dinners, including a third 17-inch large cast iron pan and two 9x13 casseroles! We make homemade Philly cheesesteak macaroni, big batch style, and a gluten-free variation! Then we make a delicious deep dish homemade sausage lasagna skillet from scratch using ingredients I already had on hand! From there, we make another huge pan of pizza tater tot skillet, and then we do two homemade 9x13 pans of low carb/sugar-free/gluten-free pepperoni casserole, which is a very budget-friendly meal as well!
