75+ MASSIVE Homemade Breakfast Freezer Meals on a Budget from Scratch for my Family of 10!

Welcome back Jam Fam 🤗 to yet another massive breakfast freezer cooking extravaganza! We big batch cook our way through a snowstorm over several days as we work to fill my freezer with homemade breakfast freezer meals from scratch for my big family of 10. In this homemade freezer meals video, we’re mega big cooking our way through over 80 pounds of organic bananas that I snagged marked down for only $10, and I leaned all the way in. We made 30 dozen muffins in multiple banana-based varieties, including banana chocolate chip, double chocolate banana, pumpkin banana muffins, plus lots of mini muffins and mini loaves along the way. We also baked ten 9x13 pans of homemade banana bread and rotated between the oven and the roaster oven so we could keep big batches moving. On top of that, we made 4 dozen gluten-free, sugar-free banana oatmeal pancakes and another 4 dozen gluten-free, sugar-free banana chocolate chip breakfast cookies, which I also use as wholesome Whole Foods running fuel for my endurance athlete training. Around the edges of all that baking, I got 20 quarts of homemade beef stew going in the roaster, other slow cooker meals happening, and we finished it all off with 4 gallons of from-scratch banana pudding, filling two 155-ounce trifle bowls plus the overflow in my IKEA stock pot 🥳 because of course we did.
