50 MASSIVE Freezer Meals on a Budget from Scratch + Epic Meal Prep for My Family of 10

Hey JamFam. Mega Momma here 🤗 and this one was a BIG freezer meals and epic meal prep cooking project, as we do. I’m sharing a massive freezer cooking and big batch meal prep from scratch for my large family. This wasn’t just regular ol' meal prep. This was freezer meals, bulk cooking, and serious meal planning to stock the freezer with homemade real food on a budget. We go together and purchase several hundred pounds of bulk produce on a budget, ran three 20 quart roaster ovens for long simmered 48-hour beef bone broth using bones I had in the freezer from a local farm, made 40 to 50 quarts of big batch soups including tomato and potato, and baked muffins by the many multiple mega dozens to go into the freezer (both traditional and gluten-free varieties) When everything was said and done this came out to roughly 50 massive freezer meals plus a LOT of supporting meal prep food we’ll use over the coming days and weeks!
