Both cells in both batteries came at storage charge as best practise indicates they should and when charging both cells in both batteries completed a balance charge together. I had around 40 minutes run-time with each of these packs today, so far I'm impressed with them. I do like the neat packaging very much, and the overall quality of the batteries is great!
