In this video I’m basically doing a little “welcome to my world” moment and sharing a fun .50 pattern haul—yes, fifty cents! I’m a beginner sewist, so patterns are one of the easiest ways for me to try new silhouettes, learn construction, and start figuring out what actually looks good on my body. I’m talking through what I picked up, what I’m excited to try, and how I’m thinking about building a handmade wardrobe without spending a ton. I also take you along for a Hobby Lobby stop, because I’m always on the hunt for budget-friendly sewing goodies—patterns, notions, and anything that can make sewing feel more doable and more fun. My whole vibe is sewing, fashion, and upcycle creativity all together, even when I don’t 100% know what I’m doing.
