Float the Watermelon Liqueur on top. Garnish with Pineapple or Watermelon Wedge and fresh mint sprigs. RIPE RED SLICE - 45ml / 1.5oz White (light) Rum - 30ml / 1oz Sweet White Vermouth - 15ml / .5oz Watermelon Liqueur - Splash of Campari Bitter - 1 cube of Fresh Watermelon Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a Watermelon wedge on a bamboo stick. WATERMELON & MINT CAIPIRINHA - 6 cubes Fresh Watermelon - 4 Lime Wedges - 6 Mint Leaves - 60ml / 2oz Cachaça - 15ml / .5oz Sugar Syrup Muddle gently the lime and the mint directly in the glass. Add 4 of the Watermelon cubes to your shaker together with the Cachaça and sugar syrup. Add ice and shake. Double strain into your glass. Add ice, stir and add the remaining 2 Watermelon cubes. Serve with a straw.
