I like it, but I find it too zesty, and the honey flavour doesn't match well with the idea of the Mojito taste. My Virgin Mojito uses lime juice, soda, mint leaves, cane sugar, soda water, lime wedges and lots of crushed ice for the perfect blissful drink after a long day. These are the same ingredients you would find in a traditional recipe (minus the rum). This means that the taste of this delicious non-alcoholic drink is very similar to the classic cocktail. My favourite way to garnish this refreshing drink is with a generous sprig of mint (which smells great when you sip it) and a wedge or lime wedge.
