Little Boat Cocktail with Sherry, Falernum & more. Let's have another of my signature cocktails, and this one is top quality, and I mean it. Creating a cocktail with equal parts of Tio Pepe Fino Dray Sherry, Taylor's Velvet Falernum, and Luxardo Bitter Bianco was risky but paid off. Simple, elegant and enjoyable balanced cocktail with dry notes but bittersweet taste. Everything you need from the perfect aperitif or why not dessert cocktail. Sometimes it is hard for me to describe the beautiful creation I came up with, and today is one of these moments. Without any doubt and second thoughts, I can say the cocktail is newborn classic good enough to go in any menu from small bars to 5 stars hotels.
