I made a Riff on The Lucky Stone Cocktail by @AndersErickson, and i hope I did it well. For a long time, I wanted to make this version of Anders creation, The Lucky Stone. We both have similar taste when comes to cocktails, so I grab my Irish Whiskey, Sherry, Apricot Liqueur and stir my version. I didn't change much as Anders cocktail is already stunning. Rinse a chilled Nick & Nora glass with Pedro Ximenez Sherry and strain the cocktail. Express LEmon Zest and garnish with single Maraschino Cherry.
