Today I will show you how to make the Takumi's Aviation Cocktail. Not only the original but also my version of this delicious Gin Cocktail. Takumi Watanabe first introduced this modern contemporary classic in Athen during the World Class Finals in 2010. If you like the original Aviation Recipe or Gin Cocktails in general, I strongly suggest trying the Takumi Watanabe version as well.
