Compañero Cocktail - A Perfect Tropical Cocktail

Compañero Cocktail is another recipe I created in 2018, and today, we are revising the recipe with a few changes. Niamh will make the cocktail for the first time, so there is no pressure. The Compañero Cocktail is made with a split rum base combining two exceptional Rums from Trinidad and Haiti with a homemade Tropical Syrup Puree.
