Before the Journey - a Cocktail with Aperitif personality

Before The Journey is a cocktail created with Aperitif's character in mind. When I first made this cocktail recipe in 2019, the idea was to be a pre-meal drink to open the appetite. It has all the characteristics to be called an Aperitif. Inspired by the Gin Martini template, the cocktail combines spice, bitter, sweet and herbal flavours. As with everything else, Before the Journey had some revisions and slowly changed to the template I am presenting today.
