Subaru over boosting turbo fixed...in a janky way

In this video I finally fix the overboosting issue I was having with my 2005 Forester XT turbo. I start the video by showing how to remove the spring on the inside of the wastegate actuator and swapping it with a stiffer or looser spring, but then figured out that that wasn't the issue in the first place. Ended up swapping the TD-04 waste gate actuator to the VF-39.
