STRANGE SITUATION Develops While Exploring Abandoned House...!

What was going on here? I found an old business that appears to have been an antique sales location with multiple buildings, one of which burned down. It looks like the business closed sometime in the early 2000's and I didn't realize it at first, but there's also a good size old house on the property.
