The Second Act of "Questa stanza non ha più pareti" by Francesco Simeti at Fondazione Officine Saffi

At the Milano Art Week, the Second Act of “Questa stanza non ha più pareti”, the site-specific work created by Francesco Simeti at Fondazione Officine Saffi, came to life. The protagonist of the first phase was the DYS technology by Iris Ceramica Group, which made it possible to transfer images and decorations from different eras and cultures onto large ceramic slabs, creating a narrative surface capable of transforming the space and expanding the perception of the environment. With this new phase, the installation was enriched with three-dimensional elements inspired by the natural world, which interact with the customized ceramic surfaces and further expand their spatial and relational dimension. The new sculptures were created in the context of a participated workshop led by the artist with a group of teenagers from the Milanese community of Associazione Qiqajon
