A Clark County Sheriff's deputy stepped in to help when a baby was left inside a vehicle on a 92-degree day. Witnesses first alerted law enforcement to the situation. They created shade around the car while Deputy Hulsey got the okay from his sergeant. The Clark County Sheriff's Department say the boy was in the car for 16 minutes. The parents were located at a nearby grocery store, where they said they'd been for almost 30 minutes. Inside Edition Digital has more.
