The new printer shelves are making a huge difference in workflow efficiency and home storage. I'll show you exactly how I'm organizing products now - by category, by festival readiness, and by production priority. **TUESDAY - CUSTOM ORDERS:** Working on some really cool custom orders this week! Ghostbusters-themed eggs and soccer-style eggs for a customer. Custom orders are interesting because they challenge you creatively and test your pricing strategy. How do you balance time investment, uniqueness, and fair pricing? **INVENTORY REBUILD STRATEGY:** After selling out of almost everything, rebuilding inventory is crucial but also an opportunity. I'm being strategic about: - What to restock immediately (proven sellers) - What to phase out (underperformers) - What to expand (new product opportunities) This is active business strategy in action! **PRODUCT LINE CHANGES:** I'm making the decision to phase out some products. Phasing out slow movers frees up print time and shelf space for products with better margins and customer demand. **WEDNESDAY - CUSTOM ORDER PROGRESS:** The Ghostbusters and soccer eggs are coming together beautifully! There's something satisfying about creating one-of-a-kind pieces for customers. Mini animal inventory is rebuilding nicely too. **THURSDAY - PRINTER ISSUE VICTORIES:** Remember those mini animal adhesion problems? The Gyroid infill switch recommended by you all in the comments is WORKING! I'm no longer losing mini prints - zero failures since the switch. Community advice saves the day again! Also, the Bambu A1 AMS filament hub issue? Moving the AMS to the right side completely solved it. Sometimes the simple solutions are the best solutions. **FRIDAY - GALAXY FILAMENT DISASTER:** Ran into a galaxy filament blob issue on the A1 Mini. Pretty sure it was due to filament moisture - a reminder that even great filament needs proper storage and drying. The galaxy filaments are beautiful but can be temperamental. Final inventory progress looks great though - eggs, animals, unicorns all restocking nicely! **SATURDAY - MARKET SETUP:** Back at the farmers market with the refined booth setup. Applying lessons learned from the festival to the regular market layout. β° TIMESTAMPS: 00:00 - Monday: What Sold at Festival 08:44 - Tuesday: Custom Orders 13:12 - Wednesday: Restocking Update 16:55 - Thursday: Update on Printer Issues 21:37 - Friday: Final Progress Update and Big Failed Print 24:13 - Farmers Market Setup and End of the Week Recap
