This is the newer stubby Ryobi ONE+ spotlight (PCL661) I tested out on my street, and it’s rated at 3,000 lumens. I like it because it’s lighter than the Kobalt and the beam looks a little whiter to my eyes, plus you get high/medium/low modes for when you don’t need full blast.

Pros
- +Three brightness modes (high/medium/low)
- +Lighter in hand than the Kobalt spotlight
- +Focused beam that reaches down the block
- +Belt clip for carrying
Cons
- -Didn’t seem to throw quite as far as the Kobalt in my outdoor test
- -Less mounting/hanging versatility mentioned compared to the Kobalt
