These are the AliExpress “mystery” CPUs I talk about—basically laptop HX chips adapted to work in desktop builds. They’re weird and they take extra effort to mount and tune, but if you know what you’re doing (especially with a Z790 DDR4 board), the gaming performance for the money can be ridiculous.
