Epic Sea Day 9 Shack’s Chicken, Alchemy Magic & Meeting Viewers on Carnival Mardi Gras

Day 9 across the North Atlantic on the Carnival Mardi Gras did not disappoint! 🌊 We’ve survived six time changes (hello, jet-lag 😅), dodged a few paparazzi moments, and racked up miles walking the decks. Lunch was the famous Shack’s Chicken—hands down some of the best crispy chicken at sea. Dinner in the Main Dining Room brought juicy pork chops and tender short rib beef. Then it was on to the Alchemy Bar, where we spun the drink wheel for something different. I got bitters on the wheel and Andraa couldn’t skip our favorite Strawberry Basil Drop 🍓🌿. The night wrapped up with casino laughs and a surprise meet-up with fans Alan & Mindy. 🚢 Ship Facts: Carnival Mardi Gras is 1,130 ft long, over 180,000 gross tons, and powered by eco-friendly LNG.
