A Sea Day on Star Princess Turned Into Something Special | Star Princess Maiden Voyage

Welcome to Day 7 of our Star Princess maiden voyage on this 11-night Grand Mediterranean cruise roundtrip from Barcelona, Spain. Today was a relaxing sea day in the Mediterranean, giving us a chance to enjoy more of this brand-new Princess Cruises ship while also sharing some of the real everyday moments that happen during a longer voyage. We spent most of the morning and afternoon working, but we also ordered room service on Star Princess and showed exactly what arrived. From a turkey club and cheeseburger to fries, chips, and condiments, this gave us a good look at what Princess Cruises room service is like onboard the newest ship in the fleet. If you’ve been curious about the food, service, and onboard options during the Star Princess inaugural sailing, this was a fun part of the day to share. One of the sweetest moments of the day happened when a fellow guest stopped by because she noticed our door decorations. That simple moment turned into laughs, a balcony photo, and even a new subscriber. It’s a great reminder that one of the best parts of cruising is the people you meet along the way. Later, we headed to Alfredo’s Pizzeria on Star Princess for dinner, where we shared a look at the food, atmosphere, and pricing for this specialty dining experience. From pizza to calzone, this is one of those popular Princess Cruises dining venues many cruisers want to see before they sail. After dinner, we made our way to Good Spirits At Sea, where we enjoyed signature cocktails, fun bartender entertainment, and a lively atmosphere that made this sea day even more memorable. If you’re interested in the bars, drinks, and nightlife on the Star Princess, this part of the vlog gives you a real look at the onboard experience. To end the night, we were treated to an unexpected electrical storm in the Mediterranean, and we captured a timelapse from our balcony. It was a dramatic ending to a sea day that turned out to be much more memorable than we expected. In our next video, we arrive in Cartagena, Spain, where we’ll explore the city by the seat of our pants, walk the historic streets, find a great local hole-in-the-wall spot, and continue discovering more of the beautiful Star Princess.
