In this video, we show how we use our poke and pull trimming technique which is the best way to wet trim cannabis plants in preparation for drying. This is highly recommended ifg you have plants with a lot of foliage. Its an absolute must if you are having issues with getting humidity down low enough or you have large dense buds. Our technique includes a poke and pull method that removes the whole leaf, including the stem and the main benefits for wet trimming before drying are: 1. Speeds up dry time 2. Its easier then dry trimming because it removes the whole stem of the fan leaf instead of just the leaves 3. Reduces the risk of Bud rot 4, Minimizes trichomes breaking off by strategically poking the leaves only 5. Makes Dry trimming easier The only time we do not recommend wet trimming is if you have a strain that barely has leaves or you made a habit of consistently defoliating your plant throughout growth and bloom.
