Today I want to give you an update on my Winter Flowering Jasmine and some advice about getting the best flower display in the winter. Grab your own Jasmine Here: https://geni.us/Jasmine-polyanthum Summer is the period when your Jasmin will recover its energy from the winter flowering period, it is happiest in the full sun taking on plenty of energy to store in its roots and to grow fresh shoots to carry the following year's flowers. At the end of the summer, it is important to allow some cold exposure in the Autumn/ Fall to initiate the flower bud production. Frost should be avoided but some weeks of colder periods around 5 - 10c or 40 - 50f should be enough for your jasmine to start the flower production process. Before the frosts come you should bring your Jasmine into an unheated conservatory or room that will remain cool but won't get frosted. Keeping it away from heat sources like central heating is important.
