In this video, we take a look at my Iwagumi style aquascape in my office, I love growing plants in all forms and this is a small piece of nature in 30cm squared! Iwagumi is the Japanese term for an aquascape that is rock focused, I put this together recently with a few new plants. I used Anubias nana Pinto a limited edition plant from tropical, Java Fern, and Hygrophila Siamensis 53B. With just a weekly water change this aquascape will continue to look stunning all year round, they really don't take too much looking after if you get the natural balance right, the plants take in the nutrients from the fish and shrimp waste and the fish use the oxygen that the plants put out, it's a natural balance that we are always looking to replicate.
