Blue Star Fern Rescue Update - Did it Survive? ~ Phlebodium Aureum

Last year my Blue Star Fern was struggling, it was losing leaves every day and drying out very quickly, I started to think that there might be an issue with the soil; as I couldn't keep the moisture in the plant for more than a few days. So I decided to repot it and inspect the roots, I found a pot full of roots with no room for any soil, so I put it into a bigger pot with some better soil and since then it's just got better and better. It's a good lesson to observe your plants and try to figure out what is going wrong, if I had kept going how it was I think it would have died within another few months, so if things aren't going well ask yourself what could it be? Light? Water? Humidity? Heat? There can only be a few options so figure out the most likely thing and change ONE of them, then see how it reacts, if no change then you can change one more until you get a change in the plant for the better or worse, don't change more than one thing at a time or you will not know what it was that worked.
