Tomato Plant Update: Sardines vs. Everything

Welcome to my weekly tomato update! Today, I’m sharing all the exciting progress happening in my garden. It’s been a hot one, and while some plants are struggling, my tomato plants are thriving. I’m especially impressed with plants three and four, which are growing in kitchen scraps and compost. They're developing deeper roots and I have a feeling they're going to be the leaders of the pack as the season progresses, simply because they'll have the best access to water and nutrients. Their lush, rich green leaves are a clear sign of their health and vigor. I’m really happy with how all the plants are doing, but I’ve got my eye on a couple of contenders for the top spot. The egg and sardine plants are looking exceptionally good, and the sardine plant, in particular, has some massive growth that I’ve never seen on a tomato plant before. While the big beef variety already has a tomato, the sardine plants are already blooming and will be producing fruit soon. This is truly crazy! I'm seeing flowers bigger than I've ever witnessed, and I believe the sardine plants will be the ultimate winners this season.
