Saving My Tomatoes: Watering Secrets

I'm sharing a much-anticipated tomato update from July 25th! I apologize for the slight delay in getting this out, as the past week has been quite busy. In this video, I'll be recapping the last couple of weeks in my tomato garden and sharing some crucial lessons I've learned about keeping these plants happy and productive. You'll see how I identified and addressed issues like leaf curl and fruit splitting, which were clear signs of under-watering. I've significantly adjusted my watering routine, going from twice a week to daily watering for 10 minutes using two-gallon-per-hour drippers. I'll explain how this change has led to noticeable improvements in new growth and fruit size, with some tomatoes now reaching softball size. I also detail the different amendments I've used around my plants, including egg, sardines, kitchen scraps, compost, and specific micro- and macro-nutrient products. I've even started harvesting and enjoying some of the fruits of my labor!
