Hobby Lobby for seasonal home decor and Trader Joe’s for a few grocery items. Back home, I tackle our overrun closet and turn it into a functional, organized space. Finally, I share three comfort recipes: two made from scratch and one quick store-bought dessert. And of course, there are a few Rocco cameos. Lightly mist a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside. Place the thin chicken breasts cutlets in a single layer across the bottom of the baking dish. Season with salt & pepper to taste, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Poultry seasoning would also be great. Tear the cheese slices and use them to cover the chicken. Top with the cream of chicken, then with the stuffing (cooked according to package instructions). Place in the oven and bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
