Keep jars hot (in simmering water or dishwasher). Fill your water bath canner and bring to a simmer. 🍓 Make the Jam Crush strawberries (don’t puree — small chunks are perfect). Measure exactly 4 cups into a large pot. Add pineapple and bottled lemon juice. Stir in pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat (one that can’t be stirred down). Add all the sugar at once. Return to a full rolling boil and boil exactly 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off foam if needed. 🫙 Fill & Process Ladle hot jam into hot jars. Leave ¼ inch headspace. Wipe rims clean. Apply lids and rings fingertip tight.
