I found this recipe on facebook and thought I would give it a try and boy am I glad I did! This was my first time making it. When I make a recipe for the first time I do it exactly the way it calls for and then not what I would change the next time. Here is what I learned…. -It needed to bake a little longer than 60 min. I stuck it back in the oven while waiting on Colson to put shoes on before we could leave so about another 5 minutes making time in MY oven about 65 min total. -I used 2 tablespoons of milk in the glaze and next time I might do less to make it thicker. But it needed more glaze, so next time I will probably double the glaze. -It was better each day. The next day was better than the day I baked it. And the day after that was even better.
