I saw this recipe shared on Facebook and thought I would try it. It turned out so yummy! Recipe: 1 C butter, softened 2 C sugar 2 eggs 1 C sour cream 1 t vanilla 1 C all-purpose flour 1 t baking powder 1/4 t salt 1 C blueberries 1/2 C brown sugar 1 t cinnamon 1/2 C chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350° In mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into dough until blended. Stir in blueberries. In small bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Grease bundt pan and pour half the batter into the bottom of pan. Sprinkle half the pecan mixture over top. Repeat with other half of batter, ending with last half of pecan mixture. Swirl a knife through the batter and bake 55-60 min. Cool on wire rack until completely cooled.
