This was the annoying-but-required part for this build: the stock case bracket didn’t match the X10SDV’s rear I/O layout. The correct Supermicro I/O shield lines up the IPMI RJ45 and USB ports properly, and it also has knockouts for variants of the board with extra 1GbE ports.
