I’m using an HPE 2920-48G as my core 48-port switch, and it’s what I demo the trunk/LAG setup on to stop MAC flapping with a balance-rr bond. It also lets me change trunk load balancing from L3 to L4, which is a big deal when you’re trying to actually spread multiple TCP streams across both links.

Pros

Cons
- -Doesn’t support true round-robin load balancing like the Linux bond mode
- -Load-balance setting is global on the switch, not per-trunk
