Pros

- +3U layout improves airflow vs tight 1U builds
- +Backplane and redundant PSUs make it a solid homelab server platform
Cons
- -Missing/optional airflow shrouds can be hard to find at a reasonable price
- -Larger chassis means more fans and more noise than a small 1U box
