I Made a Mistake Buying Pokemon Cards in Fukuoka Japan… 😶Pikachu Regret !

I made a mistake buying Pokémon cards in Japan. At a Book-Off (or maybe it was a surugaya?) LOL idk in Fukuoka, I found the ANA Articuno & Pikachu promos for $173 and walked away because of a tiny bit of whitening (I assumed it would only get a PSA 9). Months later (Feb 2026), I checked the market and realized even PSA 9s were selling way higher than I expected… so yeah, that one hurt. After that we keep the Fukuoka hobby trip going: Pokémon Center Fukuoka (Latias & Latios!), Hakata Ramen Pikachu, region-exclusive merch, Canal City, Bandai’s store + arcade, One Piece TCG, Gundam TCG, Gunpla, and Gundam Base Fukuoka.
