Graded 10s Aren't Perfect! What is a 10? How to submit cards ? ! One Piece CGC Return! Tutorial

Your cards do NOT need to be perfect to get 10s. In this CGC return, I go through a One Piece grading submission where I took a chance on cards I almost labeled “ungradable” — tiny whitening, edge dots, and even a card I thought had bad centering. This can be applied to grading pokemon cards too. A few of them came back CGC Gem Mint 10s… and one even came back a Pristine 10. This video is for anyone who struggles with being too strict when pre-grading and deciding what to submit. If you’ve ever overthought borderline 10s, grading fatigue, or risk vs reward on cheaper pickups, I hope this guides you. What I cover: - Why “10s are NOT perfect” (including Pristine 10s) - Examples of small flaws that still got CGC 10s - How grading fatigue can make you miss good submissions - Why I’m more comfortable taking some risks with CGC right now - CGC vs PSA risk tolerance (cost, turnaround, and borderline cards) I’ve been grading with PSA, CGC, and BGS, and lately I’ve been trying to be more intentional about lowering risk while still taking smart shots on cards that have strong upside. If this helps, let me know: Have you ever held a card back… and then realized later it probably had a shot at a 10? I’m also currently posting an ASIA travel card-hunting series, so subscribe if you’re into Pokémon, One Piece, grading strategy, and hobby content from Japan/Korea. #CGC #CardGrading #PokemonTCG #OnePieceTCG #TCGInvesting #PSA #CardCollecting #HobbyRoslyn #pokemoncards twitch: twitch.tv/raehy IG: unamusedroslyn Youtube: HobbyRoslyn
