Olaplex 3 Plus is basically them taking No. 3 up a notch, and I like that it’s formulated to be used on wet hair in the shower. That makes more sense for me because I tend to have buildup and I already preferred shampooing first. I’m not purchasing yet (I have a full No. 3 unopened), and I’m begging y’all—don’t use bond builders every wash day if your hair isn’t damaged.
