“hey guys welcome back to the channel today I'm spilling the tea on everything that has elevated my life in 2024 so let's get into it doesn't matter is falling or the in the rain is pouring Christmas all right guys so we are getting straight into the products I know a bunch of you subscribe to my channel because you love my cleaning videos so let's get into the cleaning items first number one is a wall mop guys you got to clean your walls they Harbor so much of just funky weird smells from your house that I didn't even know they harbored until I started mopping my walls and it brings me to the second item which is watermelon fabuloso girl you already know I love my fabuloso watermelon or passion of fruits those are my two favorite scents I love to mop my walls with them my floor my everything to be honest but especially the walls because it gives the house such a nice clean fresh scent and you will notice your house smells better and stays smelling better for quite a long time after you have mopped your walls so girls please add this to your routine okay all right guys the third household item is actually going to be my cleaning schedule I created a cleaning schedule that gives you daily weekly monthly quarterly annually cleaning tips emergency cleaning tips like all the things okay it's a whole cleaning schedule and actually creating that typing out what my ideal cleaning routine has been has truly elevated how I take care of my house I feel like my house has gone from0 to 100 it is always within 20 minutes of guests ready so if anybody was going to just pop up in my house my house can be ready to go for you to come through and I'm not talking like just come in real quick honey you could come in and stay for a while my house is ready to go within 20 minutes because I stick to my cleaning routine and the last household item I'm going to say that has truly elevated my life is the Bissell crosswave cordless that thing has made it so easy to keep my floors clean cuz I live in a two-story house let me tell y'all I don't know about you but carrying a mooping bucket up and down the stairs is crazy work okay um it's crazy work it's heavy I'll be tired man uhuh I love my Bissell crosswave it is the best way to get things up and down the stairs and it's so light way you just pick it up run upstairs hit your floors you know it vacuums and mobs them at the same time and it's cordless so I don't have to plug it in everywhere the battery lasts perfectly for me it's enough for me to get through my whole house so I love it moving on to jewelry I just want to try it out since I can afford it and she recommends it so highly the next next vitamin that I take that I feel like has really upgraded my life is magnesium and that is because it has made it so I can sleep guys if you again this is going to be for my PCY girlies but for women in general with hormonal imbalances if you have trouble sleeping and you take melatonin or you know you you do the sleepy girl mocktails but you feel like it wasn't enough maybe you're doing the sleepy girl mocktail and you're only doing like tart cherry juice and like a Prebiotic drink or whatever guys you need to ask magnesium I did not realize how deficient I was in magnesium until I started taking it regularly I'm going to let you know straight up the Magnesium is going to work the first couple of days you're going to notice that it worked but you're not really going to see the result of taking your magnesium every single night regularly for a few weeks once I'd been on my magnesium every single night for a few weeks I realized that I was consistently getting 8 hours of sleep no matter what and that is insane because I was used to having full out bats of insomnia depending on where I was in my cycle where I would have insomnia for 2 or 3 days only get about 2 hours of sleep a night and just have to rock with it and then you know I would get maybe 4 days of 6 7even hours of sleep and then I would be back to 2 hours of sleep a night for another four five days and it was just awful and miserable but taking magnesium regularly has truly helped so much to have it every single evening even if I just mix it with plain old water or if I make a little mocktail out of it whatever I do I make sure I get my magnesium because not only does it help with muscle recovery but it really helps me sleep the next item is going to be Pro and prebiotics now y'all know you got to take a pro and Prebiotic ladies ladies ladies cuz I make these videos for the girlies okay you need to be taking a pro and Prebiotic it is good for the undercarriage okay it's also good for your stomach it's good for your skin but really guys we got to be taking care of our feminine health so make sure you are taking a pro and pre biotic all right guys next up we're getting into skin care and I know you guys have heard me talk about some of these products before and that should tell you how good they are because I'm saying they truly elevated my life this year and you know you're going to be seeing them in 2025 so the first is going to be the glycolic acid body wash from narium now I love narium and you guys know that I really love their glycolic acid body wash because it's a creamy lather and when you have dry skin and you're living in a really dry cold climate you don't want to have to get up all of your acids and all of your exfoliating treatments that are helping your skin look beautiful and glowing year round just because it's cold outside so I really like that the nerum glycolic acid body wash is actually creamy and lathering so it doesn't completely dry out my skin but I still get the benefits of glycolic acid on the topic of narium we're going to move straight on to their glowgetter body wash this body wash is the true goat for dry winter climates oh my goodness gracious guys if you live somewhere that gets like real dry and crusty you need need to pick up you need to pick this body wash up it is amazing it is like an oil to foam I guess but like I feel more like it's like an oil to a cream almost like it does foam and lather beautifully in the shower but it feels like you just washed your body but also put on lotion like it's absolutely amazing I love that body wash I don't think I will ever go another winter without it because has truly saved my skin this winter in Alaska I'm obsessed with it the next item is the box of sheet masks I got from Amazon the I can't remember the name of the brand but it's like a green box and I love them it's like the sea Repair Mask I love those sheet masks I do sheet Mase like every single night and it has really helped keep my skin moisturized glowy I I just love it I love the glow that my skin has been getting so if you feel like you've been looking a little dull a little eh lately I love using sheet every single night over all of my skin care so I put on all my skincare even my moisturizer everything let that seep in and then I put a sheet mask on top and I go watch TV drink my little magnesium drains and then I am good to go for bedtime and wake up with glowing Flawless skin like what is not to love right the next two skincare items are both devices but I need to put them in here because they have both made such a big change in my life and the first is the solo wave red light therapy wand I have become obsessed with that red light therapy wand it has truly been Chang changing my skin it's I say it's like uh my little Botox at home like I love it it really has been helping my skin and I have noticed a smoothing of wrinkles I've noticed less acne which PS girls you know what I'm talking about okay the the lessening of acne is you know just I love it it's scrum detious for me okay I love that I'm not breaking out in a bunch of cystic acne I really do so the Solway red light therapy wand has been amazing for smoothing out fine lines wrinkles textures on my skin but also helping me not get acne so what is not to love I've also notice it helps with like puffiness in the morning when I feel like my face looks kind of puffy cuz sometimes I sleep on my stomach not sometimes like 90% of the time I end up sleeping on my stomach so you know you wake up a little bit puffy it's a habit I'm trying to fix okay I'm trying to learn to sleep on my back but I do okay I'm human I sleep on my stomach and I just feel like it has really helped with my puffiness every single morning the last item is actually from Derm Ray and you guys know I love their laser hair removal device and the reason I'm putting this under skin care is because it has also helped me not get in grown hairs since I've been using it on more areas of my body obviously I'm getting the benefit of less hair growth but also I'm getting the benefit of less ingrown hairs which I don't I didn't think I would get that correlation so I think it's because the hair is growing in thinner and finer as time goes on so that it doesn't grow in at all right that's kind of the Assumption I'm under but either way it has really helped with my kosis Polaris on my legs on my arms I've just been loving it it is such an amazing device and I love that it is made for women of color like hello it was made for us honey it was made with us in mind and I love that all right guys getting on to the Hair Care section now you know I was not going to sit here and talk about something I elevated my life and leave out that Dyson air wrap girl Dyson Dyson did big big big big big one on that one okay especially with the diffuser attachment I can't do my hair without it I'm yeah it's it's really no other option I need that dys and air wrap I use it every time I do my hair now curly hair o I can't wait to show you guys my new curly hair routine and just restart my curly hair Journey with you guys my natural hair journey in 2025 cuz girl when you see the way that air wrap plumps up them curls honey oo juicy juicy juicy okay I gotta love my Dyson air wrap but the next item is like they honestly all the hair items together they it's kind of like a combo order like I need them all together but like I got to list them out some way but like none of them are in first place it's like the hair items they are just a linear line like I need them they have really elevated my life okay so along with the Dyson air wrap the Color Wow Extra Strength spray give it up for Color Wow fans give it up give it up for Color Wow extra strength oh she be doing it she do it she do it every time your hair will be laid and slay every time when I tell you the Dyson air wrap and the Color Wow Extra Strength I'm like this close to a silk press without ever pulling out a flat iron without ever pulling out a flat iron now I know I got some heat damage and I know that I have a finer hair texture as well so that does play A Part it but honestly I'm going to bring this all um home to Christmas and do my sister's hair cuz my sister hair is like 4C and I'm going to see if it works on her hair and I feel like it will cuz I've been seeing girls with 4C hair doing this on um Tik Tok like doing their blowouts and their hair has been looking amazing so I cannot wait to play in my sister's hair and see how her hair comes out anybody else got a sister that they just love to like experiment on you know I don't know I went to beauty school and she's like my forever guinea pig sorry all right guys the next item is K18 shampoo and treatment oh my goodness now y'all know I have heat damage and I can honestly say k8's detox shampoo and their K18 leave-in molecular repair treatment oo that was hard to say their leave-in molecular repair treatment have saved my hair my heat damage used to be so bad that I had no curls left like there was a point where I wanted to wear my hair curly and I washed my hair and conditioned it and I looked at my hair and I was like oh snap it was like Curly root straight mid like Curly Straight basically to here and then like a little curl little teeny curl on the end so what I did was cut off that teeny curl on the end and work really hard on the straighter bits to start helping them be curly again and that's when I decided to try K18 cuz you guys know I've been using Lex for years Olex I feel like was keeping my damage curls on my head and was slowly bringing the curl back but the K8 honey that like pushed it into overdrive so what I was doing was doing an Olex treatment every week and then I was doing a K18 treatment every week and I was swapping the wash days so if I did the Ole treatment I would do like a regular deep conditioner and then I would do a hot oil treatment and the K18 treatment for the second wash of the week and that just brought my curls all the way back at this point I can wear my hair curly like I have curly hair again and I have never been so Greatful and I will lay off the heat so that I don't ever go through this again because I was so scared that My Curls were gone I literally cried about it like I was really upset so I'm so happy that they're back and they are thriving and I do have to thank K18 for that one the next one is going to be the redkin all soft shampoo and conditioner this is the best shampoo and conditioner I've ever used in my life like straight up if you have dry unruly hair I think you just need more moisture cuz I felt like my hair was always dry and jacked up and never looked good and then I switched to the Redken all soft shampoo conditioner and in particular the regular one cuz I tried the all soft for curls and it did not give me the same result it has to be the original all soft shampoo conditioner man my hair drinks that up it is the best shampoo conditioner it doesn't matter if I'm wearing my hair curly if I'm still pressing it after my hair gets so juicy silky soft in the shower it's it's a game changer it is a game Cher and the last hair care product that I've truly elevated my hair are Olex number six and seven so that is the Olex Bond smoother leave-in and the Olex hair oil I know that they just dropped a leave-in conditioner I think it's Olex number five so I will be checking that out very very soon while I'm in Vegas um but for now I use the Olex number six and the Olex number 7even and honestly y'all when I go pick showes up I pick up two or three at a time cuz I run through them products curly or straight they have truly saved my hair they keep my hair Feeling So Soft so buttery I mean this slick bag honey I'll be doing this slick bag with the Olex number six and Olex number seven and a little hairspray to be honest and my hair is not too tightly pulled back but it looks like I have a really Sleek Chic you know bun back there and it keeps my hair healthy it keeps it shiny and I just love the products to be honest now guys finally finally we're going to get into fragrance this is the last section of the video and that is because there's a few items on here and I've talked a lot about fragrances so I don't want to like talk your ear off but girl I do got to Spill the tea okay so number one perfume oils now you guys know I love the nest perfume oils they are they are it okay they are it girls and if you haven't tried them you need to they make you smell amazing they Linger on the skin they are the perfect layering piece for all of your perfumes they just take any regular perfume up a notch even if you're a body spray girl you can literally put on the perfume oils and then spray with your body spray and just touch up the perfume oils as you go throughout the day so it'll keep that sexy scent just like wasting off to people you know I don't know I love a good perfume oil I feel like it mixes with the heat in your skin and just leaves you with a really sexy chic smell all your own I guess so I love perfume oils the next fragrance item I have not Ted about on the channel but girl don't worry it's coming in 2025 cuz I'mma spill not even 2025 I think that video is coming up before the end of the year but I'mma Spill The Secret of these hygiene Secrets the girlies have been gatekeeping and body powders are one of them okay I have switched over to using body powders why nobody why nobody spill that tea why nobody spill that tea I feel like that's so shady low key we have one rule on this channel and that is we do not gatekeep and yet I feel like I was being gay kept from okay besties I feel like we were gatekeeping a little bit they the body powders body powders has to be tal free so make sure you're getting tal free but oh my goodness honey you put the body powders and the little nooks and crannies you will smell so good all day and you won't sweat which I feel like happens especially here in Alaska because you're going from like 30° outside to like 70° inside and you're wearing these big thick jackets and you're just trying to grocery shop you're not trying to strip down in Safeway okay like it's it's a lot it can be a lot so it is truly amazing that these body powders keep you like fresh and clean smelling all day long and they come in really good scents I will link the body spray the not body spray sorry body powder um collection I got I guess I got like a sampler pack and it's like five different ones but these smell amazing like they truly do smell amazing my favorite I think is the vanilla cupcake and the coconut vanilla one from these I think I'm actually going to buy the full sizes of them because they smell so good and like it's not overpowering it mixes perfectly in with your other fragrances but like it keeps you from sweating and just yeah I I'm loving loving loving next up is going to be EOS body lotion now y'all know I love me some EOS body lotion there is no if ands or butts about it that body lotion has truly upgraded my life because it is so affordable but it works amazingly it it smells great I mean you are truly getting a lot of bang for your buck and that's why I put it in here because I feel like not everything that upgrades your life needs to be super expensive okay it can be affordable and still upgrade your life and I feel like not enough people talk about that so you know your girl over here is going to share with you okay the last item that has upgraded my life are the salt tear body oils a salt tear Body Oil mixed with an EOS body lotion I'm going to need them to collab
