right guys I'm getting straight into it number one is a Kik key treatment now I know you guys are like girl huh a who a what yes I do a Kiki treatment now I'm on their website so let me just tell you treatment actually is because I do it myself you guys know that I have my cosmetology license but this is a treatment you would have to go to a stylist to get done and the reason I've been gatekeeping growing this is just a blowout and honestly a really bad blowout if for being honest I didn't really try to get my hair the smoothest but this is my hair I am 3 months post Kiki treatment they are on the disulfide bonds of your hair all right guys editing Jamie popping in because I said this so backwards when I explained the Kiki treatment so pardon how your girl is looking but let me just break this down for you really quick the Kiki treatment works on your disulfide bonds now hair is made up of a bunch of different bonds we've got peptide disulfide ionic AKA salt and then hydrogen but it works on your disulfide bond so disulfide Bond treatments are permanent your disulfide bonds are permanent bonds formed between sulfur and atoms in cine amino acids and they basically give your hair it strength and shape when they are broken and reformed this is during chemical treatments like perms relaxers and uh bleaching all those things you're working on your disulfide bonds then you've got hydrogen bonds now hydrogen bonds are temporary these are the ones that are affected by heat so when you get really bad heat damage that is usually that you've messed up your hydrogen bonds you've really damaged them now Ollies K all those things work on the bonds in your hair um they can work on peptide salt the all of them all right so you guys kind of getar what I'm saying the Kiki treatment is basically a more natural way to smooth out your hair texture now I have done them all I've done Keratin treatments I've done like the Brazilian Blowouts I have done the texture manageability systems all the things the Kiki treatment is the first one that states that it is permanent and I can say it is permanent however I basically have hacked my Kiki treatment and I do Bond repair treatments alongside my Kiki treatment so what is now happening is I am able to bounce between straightened hair and curly hair I'm able to keep my hair straight without reversion when I'm working out 5 days a week doing these heavy sweaty workouts but not have all the heat damage and I know you guys are like girl what yes I've done relaxers I've done it all the Kiki treatment is truly the best treat I've done on my hair I do it every 3 months like clockwork and I don't think I'm ever going back to be honest I don't think I'm ever going back it is such an easy treatment if you were to get this done in Salon I know the range in price is 300 to like 1,000 depending on who you go to because some salons are so expensive but the base price I've seen most people stating is $400 so if you are that I'm not gatekeeping my Derm Ray laser you guys know I love this thing okay I this is my baby okay you guys know I used her under my arms and I am happy to report that the underarm that I was actually using on early like when I first did the experiment to compare this underarm is completely hairfree now this one is catching up I'm not going to lie I've missed a couple treatments okay girl and if you don't do it as you're supposed to if you don't follow the treatment recommendations then it's not going to work duh shocker right so I have patches under this arm that are completely hairless it kind of looks like this underarm when I showed you guys the result but I am working on it and I'm getting back on a routine so I will be completely arm hair free okay girl it takes forever right along my next most gate kept treatment is pumpkin seed oil now I have talked about it a wee bit in videos I've said it a couple times girl pumpkin seed oil is where it's at if you need your hair to grow if you have scalp issues if you have excessively dry scalp if you have excessively dry hair and I'm actually going to add avocado oil to that because a pumpkin SE and avocado oil hair treatment will get your hair together forget rosemary oil forget the rice water whoever whatever I do use rosemary oil here and there on my hair but actually the last treatment I did dried out my scalp so I ended up having to wash my hair again pretty quickly after but I've never had that problem with pumpkin seed oil and I feel like it really moisturizes my scalp girl I will link the exact was taken on December 8th this one was taken on February 7th so two month different in both pictures all I did was blow out my hair and do a rough blowout like you guys see here but it didn't have the curl yet I'm telling y'all pumpkin seed oil is the truth pumpkin seed oil and avocado oil what I do is put pumpkin seed oil on my scalp and avocado oil on my ends I do this treatment twice a month um it's a pre-washed treatment so one week I will do my hot oil treatment the next week I will do my Olex treatment or I will do my K18 treatment regardless I switch it up like that right straight up you matcha because coffee was making me unspeakably nauseous with the medications I was on to the point where if my husband was making coffee and an espresso across the room I would get a whiff of it and be ready to throw up and I love coffee it I have been drinking coffee since I was like six to be honest I would steal sips from my mom's coffee at like 6 years old like she would be like oh do you want to help me put the creamer in and I'd be like yeah and I'd like put the creamer in and then like sip her coffee like it's been like that since I was a kid I love coffee could live off coffee girl I was one of them people that you give me a cold a venty cold brew with sugarfree vanilla girl we didn't need no milk or nothing that's how I made it through UC Davis how you think I got these degrees baby yeah okay how you think I got my degrees cold brewing a prayer honey I know know that's right okay so I love coffee but I switched to matcha to get my energy fixed and to you know get myself together in the mornings and I'm going to say it I'm going to say something the girls don't want to hear matcha makes you prettier I said it matcha makes you prettier yes it does yes it does matcha makes you prettier I said what I said I think it's made me prettier I don't know how to describe it to you I feel like my skin doesn't get as dry I'm so sorry my neighbors are making noise so if you think matcha makes you more pretty like it when you drink a lot of coffee it dehydrates you it can make your skin look really dehydrated you guys know I'm a big proponent of collagen as well but I genuinely think ever since I started drinking matcha in the morning instead of coffee I'm prettier I don't know how else to describe to you I feel like my skin has been looking better I don't have as
