“and I'm trying to go to bed at like midnight like I just couldn't sleep I don't know what it was right so I don't know if that's it or what I know that matcha is like a slower release I guess you could say it kind of dissipates in you throughout the day so you get like a more steady boost of energy versus caffeine is like a really hard hit and then you crash from coffee the caffeine from coffee is like a hard hit and then you kind of Crash so maybe that's it not really sure I still have a love for coffee so I do have espressos every now and then um and I will try to do like a latte or something but I have switched predominantly to Macha and I telling you guys I feel like matcha has just made me prettier I feel like my Skin's looking better I I feel like my energy levels are better my dark circles are going away and I'm able to O girl we are real close sorry I'm able to sleep better so yeah I don't know o okay there's our lighting I'm better to I'm able to sleep better and I feel like that's just helping me be prettier too so I don't know but I just think matcha makes you prettier and I highly recommend the girly switching to matcha if you want matcha recipes let me know and I will start making them as like short form content for you next up this is particularly for your hands now you guys can tell I have nubbies okay I've got nubbies but these are my real nubies these are my real nails yes these are mine I'm not in love with the shape cuz you guys know I'm an almond girl tell death honey almond tell death but I need to let my real nails grow in and my secret to actually grow out my nails because my nails are growing rapid speed is Russian manicures it or like I wouldn't even say a Russian manicure cuz I do it myself and I'm not like certified or anything so I wouldn't say Russian manicure but like Russian manicure style dry manicures and cuticle oil those two things have changed the game on my nails and I think having beautiful nails is such a sign of just like youthfulness and health and my goal is to grow out my real nails long enough to have my pretty almonds but it be my real nails with like a gel overlay so that's the goal this year but um I am a notorious nail biter I have bitten my nails since I was like an itty bitty baby it's anxiety um and my mom has tried everything like I mean the nail bitter she's put hot sauce on my nails that's why I love spicy food so much to be honest cuz I was unfazed honey she was putting the hottest hot sauce she could and I was like tastes good to me and she's put like the bitter nail polish I didn't care I still bit my nails I bit my nails my entire life and I decided this year I'm 31 years old and I need to get it together so I basically did I said you know what forget it you're 31 no more of this with biting your nails and treating them poorly you are going to start taking care of them uh and I started this in January because I knew I was turning 31 right so I was like that's that's your goal this year is to get your nails together to get your looks together it's right here on my board I plan to look the best I've ever looked make more money than I've ever made and love myself more than I ever did all right and that is what we are doing so I've been working on the hair the nails the skin all of it the weight loss all of it honey and the nails was a big one for me it's always been a big insecurity I felt like I always had to my nails done because my natural nails were all bitten up and ugly so finally switching over to doing dry manicures I use my nail drill and I do dry manicures and then um I like do my cuticles and everything dry and then I have been putting on cuticle oil every morning and every evening and I don't think my cuticle oil is Out Hold on let me find it for you this is the cuticle oil that I use I'll link it everything's going to be linked below of course you guys already know what's up um I use the milk honey cuticle oil from prolific by CUO CIO and it's got vitamin E and I basically bought the little like led up tubeb ones that have the brush and I just fill those up with this cuticle oil and I put it on every morning every evening before I go to bed like when I'm laying it I have one right next to the bed so when I do my skincare in the morning I have a little tuby there to do it in the evening when I do my skincare I have the little tube to do it and then when I lay down in bed one of the last things I I do before I go to sleep is put lotion on my hands and feet and then put the cuticle oil on my cuticles and I feel like that's made such a difference my nails are actually growing they're strong they're thick I have um Builder gel and then like gel polish on top of them and I am making sure to get my manicures in every 2 to 3 weeks uh so like I want to keep it till like once a month but it might have to be more than that just because my nails are growing pretty quick but hopefully I can push it to every 3 weeks keep my nails done do a cute nail design every single time so that I feel you know excited to have my nails done so yes I got my nubbies but my nubies are going to be long and healthy and Luscious soon and I have been gatekeeping this routine because I always wear nail extensions so I didn't think you guys would be like interested in it but my goal for 2025 is to make content that I want to make and hope that it finds the audience that wants to see it instead of trying to cater to an audience and like fake who I am I'm just going to be myself and pray that my videos reach the right people who resonate with me so yeah we are growing our nails out and dry manicures and cuticle oil have been just the secret the bomb”
