Labor and Delivery | Natural Birth | No Epidural

It's a long one! In this video I'll be showing you my labor and being stitched up afterwards. You will not see the delivery as I explained in the video. Contractions started between 3:55 pm and 4pm and were immediately 3-4 minutes apart... they slowed down when I would sit down, but eventually picked up when I was sitting as well. He was born at 10:40pm. I had a natural birth with both of my children.
