Conkers parkrun | 28th August 2021

During a camping trip in The National Forest, I took part in a bit of parkrun tourism at Conkers parkrun. The single lap course is a mix of tarmac and gravel paths, and takes place surrounded by some fabulous scenery. I ran with my youngest as he attempted a sub 30 min 5K on his second ever parkrun.
