How To Make Homemade Gnocchi

Mark was busy applying the first coat of paint to the ceiling in the MB as well as re-configuring the 240 electrical outlet to two 120's which is kind of redundant but more useful for our needs....so I decided to make some homemade gnocchi again...This made 4 portions or 2 meals for Mark and I, and I just froze half of it. I served it simply with butter and freshly grated Parmesan cheese, although there are a number of more interesting toppings one can use. I also use a gnocchi board to form the dough balls.
