Canning Up 100lbs of Tomatoes

I process anywhere from 100lbs to 200lbs of tomato puree every fall. It is the beginning of the fall tomato harvest, and I prefer to get the first pickings, The stores have yet to get their stock, I visited the closest farm that I believe would have stock, and I was not wrong. I purchased 100lbs for the first batch and will likely go back for at least another 50lbs to 100lbs when this batch is processed.
