Meet Airbnb Experience Design Intern, Hwanghah Jeong

Before starting this program, her only understanding of UX was from reading medium articles, watching youtube videos, and contacting people already in the field. She believes that designers should always be empathetic to users and is a big fan of indulging in diverse perspectives through different experiences.
