I tested the LINNER Saturn as a true entry-level OTC option, and for around $85–$99 it’s a pretty decent “in a pinch” hearing aid. It’s simple (no app, no Bluetooth), rechargeable, and it even has replaceable wax filters—which is rare at this price. Just don’t expect it to perform well in noise, and watch out for feedback at higher volume.
