Whoop 5.0 is the one I’d point performance athletes to because its recovery and strain tracking are top-notch and the coaching depth is real. With the Peak membership, I got 24/7 tracking (heart rate, HRV, skin temp, SpO2, respiratory rate) plus stress monitoring and a predictive pace of aging score. The app is jam-packed but easy to navigate, and it was my favorite app experience out of the three.
